Nature, Art, and Literacy Come Together

First we went on a fall walk, making note of what our senses were telling us...

Next, we wrote down our ideas...

 ... and turned them into complete sentences.

We started exploring the color wheel and painted our backgrounds with cool colors...

Then we painted trees and used warm colors for the leaves.
